Buildable area (slope classes), house pad cut/fill and water flow paths & ponding are only included where the site is inside the 1 m elevation coverage shown on the map. Outside it, the report uses 5 m elevation data for general terrain only.

A zip of the data behind your report, for your surveyor, designer or builder: your boundary, planning zone and overlays, elevation, slope, contours (GeoJSON and CAD DXF) and, inside the 1 m coverage, buildable area, house pad and water flow layers. Open data only, with sources and licences listed.
