SiteRead is operated by Geo Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 49 799 303 710) ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email and role when you sign up for SiteRead updates or contact us.
- Addresses and lot and plan references you search, and the reports you order.
- Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider. We don't store card numbers.
- Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and device type.
Why we collect it
To provide reports, answer your enquiries, improve SiteRead, and send updates you've opted into.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. Reports don't include property owner names.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run SiteRead, such as hosting, email, payments and analytics. Some of them may store data outside Australia. We require them to protect it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email. You can also ask to see or correct the information we hold about you.
